LegalTypist offers two levels of service: Intelligent Transcription™ and Intelligent Transcription™ Plus.
Intelligent Transcription™ includes initial drafts transcription from dictated, written, scanned and other content. Documents are typed and formatted by our team of experienced Digital Assistants.
Intelligent Transcription™ Plus adds revisions and data entry services to your firm's Account. IT+ accounts are assigned a team of Digital Assistants to perform the unique tasks required by your firm. The size of the team is scalable to meet the needs of firms of 1-100+ attorneys.
Note: In order to safeguard the financial information of clients, LegalTypist utilizes Paypal as payment processor. Work is processed and returned within 24 hours, Monday - Saturday. LegalTypist is closed Sundays and Federal Holidays. N

Initial Workflows come charged with 100 Digital Assistant Minutes to delegate down and get those pesky tasks off attorney to-dos. Note: Initial Workflows accept .pdf and mp3 files and create in Word. Initial Workflows do not accept wonky documents for fixing. Such files are recreated using clean files and keystrokes.
If your initial file/project goes 100 Digital Assistant Minutes, you will be contacted when the 100 minutes are reached, with an estimate to complete. You can approve; or not. What has been completed in 100 Digital Assistant Minutes will be returned if you do not approve any further work.
Initial Workflows are for testing purposes only. Once you have submitted an additional job, all future work will require you to have Digital Assistant Minutes in your account. You may purchase Digital Assistant Minutes in 500 Minute blocks, as needed. LegalTypist Digital Assistants process files/work within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.
